• The AI may hallucinate" facts or provide outdated information.
• Warning: Do not rely on c-com.ai for professional advice (medical, legal, financial).

5. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. c-com.ai will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account info.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to jailbreak“ or bypass AI safety filters.
• Automated scraping or botting of the platform.
• Using the platform to generate illegal or non-consensual content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless c-com.ai and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
