- Our Property: The c-com.ai name, logo, proprietary algorithms, and software code are the exclusive property of c-com.ai.
- Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without compensation or credit to you.
4. AI Output Accuracy (The Hallucination“ Clause)
The Service utilizes experimental AI technology. You acknowledge that:
- Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or offensive.
- The AI may hallucinate" facts or provide outdated information.
- Warning: Do not rely on c-com.ai for professional advice (medical, legal, financial).
5. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. c-com.ai will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account info.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Attempting to jailbreak“ or bypass AI safety filters.
- Automated scraping or botting of the platform.
- Using the platform to generate illegal or non-consensual content.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless c-com.ai and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
